We offer a wide variety of services at All Faiths Funeral Services and Affinity Mortuary. The following are some of our most frequently selected Personalized Service Program Packages. These services are adopted from our General Price List. You may come in anytime to either location and pick up a copy of our GPL free of charge; or, if you'd rather, call us and we'll mail you a copy.
ECONOMY SERVICE PACKAGE:
This service includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff and professional staff for coordinating and directing the service; obtaining and filing legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangements; removal of the deceased from the place of death, embalming and/or sanitary care of the remains, other preparation of the remains, dressing, casketing and cosmetizing (except hairdresser); use of the facilities and staff for visitation only on the day of the service. This service will conclude at the Funeral Home. No funeral procession will be involved. The only automotive equipment involved is the use of the funeral coach.
This service does not include the following: any other automotive equipment (i.e. - family limousine, casket bearer's car, lead car, flower/service utility vehicle, etc.); any merchandise connected to the service (such as casket, outer burial container, memorial register book, memorial service folders or acknowledgment cards, clothing, sundries, etc.); any cash advance items (i.e. - death certificates, minister's honorarium, newspaper obituary fees, coroner's permits, etc.)
TOTAL ECONOMY SERVICE PACKAGE - $1599.00
COMPLETE TRADITIONAL SERVICE PACKAGE:
This service includes the services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff and professional staff for coordinating and directing the service; obtaining legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangements; removal of the deceased from the place of death, embalming/sanitary care of the remains, dressing, casketing and cosmetizing (except hairdresser); use of facilities and staff for a one day visitation period (9am to 5pm on the day before the service); use of the facilities for the service or set up at a church or other facility; and automotive equipment including Funeral Coach & Limousine (family car) from the place of service to the cemetery and back to the place of service.
This service does not include the following: any other automotive equipment (i.e. - family limousine, casket bearer's car, lead car, flower/service utility vehicle, etc.); any merchandise connected to the service (such as casket, outer burial container, memorial register book, memorial service folders or acknowledgment cards, clothing, sundries, etc.); any cash advance items (i.e. - death certificates, minister's honorarium, newspaper obituary fees, coroner's permits, etc.)
TOTAL COMPLETE SERVICE PACKAGE -$1999.00 DELUXE COMPLETE TRADITIONAL SERVICE This service includes the services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff, and professional staff for coordinating and directing the service; obtaining legal documents, and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangements; removal of deceased from place of death, embalming and/or sanitary care of the remains, dressing, casketing and cosmetizing; use of facilities and staff for one day visitation period; use of the facilities for the service or set up at a church or other facility; one Memorial Register Book, 100 Memorial Folders, 50 Acknowledgements, 1 Memorial Seed Packet, 1 Grief Help Booklet, 1 Memorial Bookmark, 1 Lapel Pin, 1 Writing Instrument, 1 Floral Card Envelope; and automotive equipment including Funeral Coach & Limousine (family car) from place of service to graveside and back to place of service. Escort of three lighted cars for traffic control. IMMEDIATE GRAVESIDE SERVICE:
This service includes the services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff and professional staff for coordinating and directing the graveside service; obtaining legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangements; removal of the deceased from the place of death, sanitary care of the remains; casketing; use of automotive equipment (Funeral Coach only).
This service does not include the following: embalming, cosmetizing, visitation and/or viewing (at the funeral home or cemetery); any other automotive equipment; any merchandise connected to the service (such as casket, outer burial container, memorial register book, memorial service folders or acknowledgment cards, clothing, sundries, etc.); any cash advance items (i.e. - death certificates, minister's honorarium, newspaper obituary fees, coroner's permits, etc.).
TOTAL IMMEDIATE GRAVESIDE SERVICE - $799.00
DELUXE GRAVESIDE SERVICE:
This service includes the services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff and professional staff for coordinating and directing the service; obtaining legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangements; removal of the deceased from the place of death, embalming/sanitary care of the remains, dressing, casketing and cosmetizing (except hairdresser); use of the facilities and staff for a viewing period from 9am to 5pm the day before the graveside service; use of automotive equipment (Funeral Coach only).
This service does not include the following: any other automotive equipment (i.e. - family limousine, casket bearer's car, lead car, flower/service utility vehicle, etc.); any merchandise connected to the service (such as casket, outer burial container, memorial register book, memorial service folders or acknowledgment cards, clothing, sundries, etc.); any cash advance items (i.e. - death certificates, minister's honorarium, newspaper obituary fees, coroner's permits, etc.).
TOTAL DELUXE GRAVESIDE SERVICE - $1399.00
TRADITIONAL SERVICE/CREMATION TO FOLLOW:
This service includes the services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff and professional staff for coordinating and directing the service; obtaining legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangements; removal of the deceased from the place of death, embalming/sanitary care of the remains, dressing, casketing and cosmetizing (except hairdresser); use of facilities and staff for a one day visitation period (9am to 5pm on the day before the service); use of the facilities for the service or set up at a church or other facility; automotive equipment necessary to conduct the service, and transportation to the nearest crematory. This service includes the use of a solid Appalachian Oak rental casket manufactured by the York Casket Company.
This service does not include any other merchandise (i.e. - memorial register book, memorial service folders or acknowledgment cards, clothing, sundries, etc.); the cremation process; any other committal services; any cash advance items (i.e. - death certificates, minister's honorarium, newspaper obituary fees, coroner's permits, etc.).
TOTAL TRADITIONAL CREMATION SERVICE W/RENTAL CASKET AT OUR CHAPEL - $1999.00 TOTAL TRADITIONAL CREMATION SERVICE W/RENTAL CASKET AT CHURCH OR OTHER FACILITY - $2299.00
DIRECT CREMATION:
This service includes the minimal services of the funeral director and administrative staff for obtaining and filling legal documents; removal of deceased from place of death; sanitary care of the remains; transportation to the crematory, the cremation process; one newspaper (obituary) notification.
This service does not include: embalming, other preparation the remains, dressing, casketing, cosmetizing, or hair care; viewing or use of facilities for viewing; funeral service; coroner's office cremation permit ; any merchandise selected such as cremation urn, memorial register book, memorial service folders or acknowledgment cards; or any cash advance item.
If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are fiberboard box with a wooden base.
DIRECT CREMATION (All Basic Fees Included*) - $498.00
